We sincerely apologize if your filters arrive to you damaged. Our shipping partners do a good job but damage can happen on occasion.
We will be sure to get this taken of as quickly as we can for you. If it's not too much trouble send customer service an email with a picture, it will expedite the replacement process.
We will contact the plant asap and they will get a replacement shipment out to you, the replacement shipment will be expedited so that you do not have the standard lead time. Please hold on to the damaged filters, on rare occasion we will have them picked up. If you haven't heard from us about sending the damaged filters back before your replacements arrive - please feel free to recycle.
